        A Poem --  "Stop the Music"


        Life's song continues to play
        In the background of my mind
        It's haunting, repeating lyrics
        Keeps telling me I'll never find

        Find the meaning of my life, that is
        The answer still seems unclear
        To why depression feels so strong
        And why loneliness is so near

        I feel alone in a crowded room
        Like somehow I just don't fit in
        Gotta stop the music in my head
        And make peace with the beast within
